We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or trying it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 45 days from your original purchase date. Do remember to mail back your returns within the timeframe and it fulfils the following conditions as below:
● Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging.
● Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
● Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund, however, an exchange is acceptable
● Towels and socks are not eligible for exchanges/returns for hygiene purposes.
● AirMesh Boxers can only be returned/exchanged if the packaging remains unopened.
● Free gifts are not eligible for return/exchange.
* Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

Orders Within Singapore
Exchange & Return instructions:
We offer (1) free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 45 days of the original purchase date. Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.
1. Fill out your Order Number and Order Email.
2. For refunds, select your preferred options when prompted. For exchanges, select the item(s) you would like to exchange and specify the reason(s). If your desired item(s) is not listed in our options, you may select store credit and repurchase from our store.
3. Once complete, click 'Continue' and choose your preferred method of returning the parcel.
4. A prepaid postage label will be sent to your email within 24 hours, if you select the “Drop-Off” option as the return method. Print the label and attach it to your item parcel, then post the item(s) you wish to exchange/return within 10 days. We do not provide a label for the “Mail” option return method.
5. Once your item(s) is inspected by our warehouse, you will be refunded (via original payment method or store credit) within 7 business days. For exchanges, a new order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Thousand Miles reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with the above terms. Please note we can only grant exchanges once.
Unfortunately our Returns Portal can only be utilised by our Singapore customers at the moment. We hope to offer a seamless return experience to our customers from all parts of the world too, however the cost to facilitate the returns is too much for a small, growing business. Give us a bit more time to work on this for a seamless global experience.
If you have mailed back your items using a different label from the one we provided, do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know! You will still receive your exchange, store credit or refund albeit the process being longer.
Not to worry! If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com before sending off your order for us to update your returns back end.
If you have received a defective item, do reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide images of the fault and our team will definitely make it right by sending you a replacement order thereafter.
Our Online Portal only allows you to submit a return for an order at a time. If you’d like to return multiple orders, do reach out to our team at email@example.com for assistance.
