The Thousand Miles ‘Playscape Challenge (Global)’ Giveaway (“Giveaway”) commences on 17 March 2023 and ends on 17 April 2023 (“Giveaway Period”). RPG Commerce Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Giveaway Period without prior notice. All entries received after 17 April 2023, 11.59pm shall be automatically disqualified.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia and Singapore who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, dealers, advertising, and promotion agencies.

To participate in the Giveaway:

1. Participants must post a Reel or Post on Instagram doing a “Playscape Challenge” where they capture their spirit of adventure.
2. Participants must tag Thousand Miles Global in their posting and use #PlayscapeChallenge.
3. Participants must set their profile to Public.
4. As an optional step to increase chances of winning the Grand Prize, Second Prizes and Third Prizes, participants can tag three (3) friends in the comment section of the Giveaway Instagram post.

Playscape Challenge

Playscape Challenge are activities that exemplify the essence of traveling in a way where less is more - less of expensive tour ticket, more of authentic local experience - with the same sense of freedom and excitement one felt as a kid playing at the playground.

Examples of “playscape challenge” or what participants can do are as below:

Selection of Winners

1. Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) and Second Prize Winners (“Winner”) will be selected based on entries’ creativity in showcasing the playscape challenge.
2. Third Prize winners (“Winner”) will be selected at random using a random number generator.
3. Winner will be announced through Instagram Story on 3 May 2023. Winner must respond to the winner announcement via Instagram for prize collection. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply after two (2) tries within seven (7) days, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next qualified participant. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reason.
4. Multiple entries is allowed per participant, but each participant can only win one of the prizes, namely Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, excluding the Guaranteed Prize.

Giveaway Prizes (“Prize”)

“Gift Card”
Selection of Airline

1. If Winner is based in Australia, the Gift Card will be from Qantas Airline in AUD,
2. If Winner is based in Singapore, the Gift Card will be from Malaysia Airline in MYR;
3. The final airline company chosen will be at the sole discretion of Organiser
4. Gift Card amount will be converted into local currency from USD $750 based on the conversion rate at the time of prize purchase

Fulfillment of Prizes

1. Prizes will be awarded before 30 June 2023.
2. Gift Card
   Airline Gift Card will be sent to the Winner digitally via email from the selected airline or from Thousand Miles
3. Thousand Miles Travel Wardrobe (Complete Set/ Essential)
   Thousand Miles Travel Wardrobe will be delivered to Winner according to the delivery address provided by the Winner at the cost of the Organizer
4. Klook Gift Card
   Klook Gift Card will be sent to the Winner digitally via email from Thousand Miles

The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute any prize(s) with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable for cash, or in any other form for whatever reason. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Thousand Miles reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

Winner must bear all other costs associated with the prize collection, which includes but not limited to, additional cost of flight ticket on top of the Gift Card value, accommodation, travel costs to and from the airport, travel expenditures, visa applications, and selection of flight outside the gift card provided. The airline company chosen will be at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,m failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.

Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Giveaway. The Organiser accepts no liability for costs incurred whilst undertaking activities related to this competition.

By participating in this Giveaway, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the rights to publish, and use the winners’ names and/or photographers plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organiser. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

If the participant informs the Organiser via customer service that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organizer will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.

By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, delete, or add to there Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time.

The Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
